CirclePix Virtual Tour VS The B

Okay, so I'm sure some of you in major markets have had the question, "So how do you compare to CirclePix virtual tours?" Well, price IS certainly a factor, but take a look at this example and price suddenly no longer becomes part of the conversation.

What do I mean? Well, recently BakerB Solutions had a "summer shutdown" to let all of our people have a vacation. One of our clients hired CirclePix virtual tour photographer during this time. Upon the completion of shutdown, we received an order from them with the following in the comments section of the order: "VT done by CirclePix during shutdown - CirclePix Virtual Tour is no good! MUST HAVE it replaced with BakerB VT ASAP!"

After completing the "redo" of this property I discovered that, while the property is certainly a challenge to do a premium tour, the CirclePix tour lacked some basic elements of a good 360 tour (regardless of the subject). Here are just a few examples of what I found:

1) The broker's name was not spelled correctly, they called it "Llewellyn Real Estate" when it is actually "Llewellyn Realtors"

2) The street name was spelled as "Briar Wood Terrace" when the actual street is "Briarwood Terrace"

3) The front shot highlights the dead tree stump in the front yard. It is fairly unavoidable, but look at the BakerB/RTV tour and you will see how the interface allows us to "crop" that portion of the image out.

4) Just take a look at the bathroom shots in the CirclePix virtual tour. Is that what you would expect after paying $120?

For more examples, do a side by side comparison for yourself, and you will see why our client demanded our virtual tour replace the the CirclePix tour.

**Note: Please note that while our tour was done on an overcast day after some rainfall (per the agent's urgent request), we were still able to get "light" into the rooms by overexposing some shots. The CirclePix tour was done late in the day/early evening.

The RealTourVision tour definatly looks better. In the circlepix you can see the bulges in the picture, just not very appealing. Good work!

It is very interesting how you feel the need to bash a company just to get some sales. I find it very poor ethical behavior on your part that you feel the only way to get clients is to bash one of your competitors.

I was thinking about using your services but I would hate to see what you say when I am not looking.

I have worked in the client service industry for over 10 years and you need to take into account that sometimes the client does not give you all the information you need. Such as spellings and names. Some of the fault does fall onto the company but it also lays in the hands of the client as well.

If your company is as good as you say, why do you feel the need to bash a competitor? I just made up my mind and I am going to call them.

Thanks for the help.

Hey everyone!! Meet Josh a sales rep for none other than CirclePix.

It does not surprise me that they have nothing better to do than gripe, moan and tell lies on a competitors blog.

Here is Josh's Bio and a link to his personal blog.

I personally LOVE the powerful back link right at the top of the blog that goes to CP. They must be taking some very copious notes over there.

Josh, now I know you have made up your mind on who you are going to use for your virtual home tour but please I do hope you still consider RTV technology. Please?

Good Luck!

Nick

Josh,

First let me say thank you for expressing an interest in BakerB Solutions and RTV. It is good to see that you are interested in our professional tours.

As per your blog submission, I do have an issue with you questioning the ethics of the posting. I think you would agree that stating the facts is certainly ethical. And this submission does exactly that. We state the facts and ask the reader to do a side by side comparison giving them links to both options. They get to decide which tour they prefer. Obviously we hope they will select BakerB and RTV, but they may not. Thus we state, "you decide.".

I'm confused...if you work for CirclePix, why would you be looking to hire a competitor? Why don't you like your own product enough to want to use that instead?

I don't think he is confused....he is is a CirclePix sales rep that was lying about his identity. Not surprising. Have you seen the new CirclePix "video no wait it's snapshots" product?
