Virtual Tour of Historical Sites

Recently I have been asked by some real estate agents to do virtual tours of historical property. At this time I have completed several residential tours and am currently processing one for a Baptist Church. Living in Northeast North Carolina has it's advantages when it comes to historical properties.

Plantations galore, old buildings of every kind. Some of the properties I have had the pleasure of shooting are well over 150 years old. I finished one on Tuesday of a Plantation that was built in 1808. I have gotten many requests to start a Historical Page on my web site www.DigitalDaveK.com Now that is really something I am looking forward to!

Elizabeth City Visitors Bureau would like for me to do a virtual tour of the city so they can launch it on their web site. They would like to have some of the local merchants to become involved and also some of the older properties in the city to be view ed along with Elizabeth City State University and The Museum of the Albemarle. Have some panoramic's of different annual events that the city endorses, like the river boat races and tractor pulls.

I am really looking forward to expand my horizons this year and having some fun at the same time. Between all of my real estate virtual tours, the visitors bureau, Museums, Universities and all of the others 2008 will be a wonderful year indeed!

Thanks,
Dave Kondracki
