The RTV Slideshow Module is Driving Sales!

Alamo Area Virtual Tours, http://www.alamoareavirtualtours.com has taken the Stand Alone SlideShow to its customers and it has been very well received.  What I’ve found is that the new Standalone Slideshow from RTV is a HUGE success among the agents out there feeling the ‘pinch’ of the economic downturn and have contracted their marketing spending. The good news is that while this bunch is waiting and hoping for the next Real Estate Boom they're still willing to spend money on technology. Their just a little more price sensitive than before.

So now with this new product I going across town telling them that I have something that ‘may’ fit their budget. That's where the stand alone slideshow comes into play. My pricing is:  up to 30 do-it-yourself high def digital shots sent to me and I process: $35   I do the shoot: $55  All virtual tours, other than the basic (4 spins and 10 stills), receive an HD Slideshow as well.

This has been a great marketing tool. For those of you that have not seen this puppy here's an example of a standalone slideshow that was recently done:  http://rtvpix.com/slideshow/3133 and here is the new slideshow hit report that is getting released by RTV tomorrow! On many of my exterior shots and ALL of my front elevation shots, I ‘exposure fusion’ them using Photomatix Pro3 and get outstanding results!  I have tried HDR but as Mike said, it sometimes seems too much.

Nevertheless, I can’t tell all of you enough that if you have not taken RTV up on the $249 unlimited HD Slideshows /year deal, you are letting Gold slip through your fingers.

I just finished one of my tours http://rtvpix.com/RE-9436-NHTDMQ-01 for one of my clients that I hadn’t had a tour order from in about 6 months and he exclaimed how much better it had become since the last virtual tour. The response was, ‘That tour & slideshow are great’ with an exclamation at the end!!!!

One Tour Leads to Another

See It Sell Studios recently completed our first golf course virtual tour. We decided to do a "blitz" to approach regional golf courses. While doing a presentation with a course manager, she mentioned that the owner of the restaurant at the club house would probably jump at the idea of a tour. Long story short, we not only managed to create a tour for the golf course restaurant, we also landed a tour for another restaurant the owner has. We bit the bullet and offered the owner a choice between the "smaller view" and HD technology. Of course he wanted the full screen view. What this did is force us to work with HD resolution. We were happy with the results of the two tours we completed as was our client. If you have been avoiding doing HD tours we recommend you practice until you feel confident working in HD; RTV staff will work with you to help you get out the kinks as you learn the pixel dimesions and jpg optimizer. They certainly took the time with us!

Do You Have the Bends?

#1

#2

#4
I really enjoyed a recent Image webinar. For so long now I have had the bends….see sample 1 and 3 above. No I don’t go deep sea diving, I go picture taking of large buildings, tall buildings with condos, and I end up with the bends, until last night. I have all these software programs to drag horizontal and vertical lines to straighten my images, but it is too frustrating to stay with them to complete the task. I just want my walls straight….can it be soooooo difficult? Not anymore! Last night I heard the words “Shift N”. I pressed “Shift N” on my keyboard…nothing…nada. So I Googled it and voila! I downloaded the ShiftN program. Ten minutes later I had straightened the earth, straightened out my teenage son, the dog etc. Look at the difference in sample 2 and 4 and all done automatically. Thanks so much!

I have downloaded all the webinar episodes so far. What a wealth of information! I've gradually integrated it into my marketing; I did the 12 week SEO course in two hours and I will revisit each week again asap. And all this is free!

I Googled a local Broker, Barbara Kestel recently. I keep her Superlative web site updated with her listings and I do some virtual tours for her. Based on RTV's SEO course she is listed on the first page 3 or 4 times, with a link to a virtual tour and my website, and I haven’t implemented all of your tips yet! I think this is awesome. I look forward so much now to the webinars, even though the timing isn’t great for me, I make it to most of them.

Again many thanks,

Jim Griffin

I'm Back - Rip Roarin & Ready to Roll

Fellow RTV dealers I’m Back!

Greetings fellow RTV Dealers and friends from your friendly RTV lovin’ Nova Scotia virtual tours (http://www.supernovastudios.ca) provider, Nancy Bain!

I’ve missed you! If you’re following me on Facebook (http://facebook.com/virtualtourgenie) you’ve noticed that I sold my house, purchased an older home and have been straight out with renovations over the past month and a half. I have; of course, been selling some Nova Scotia virtual tours too! What many of you might have noticed is that all my blogging here at RTV has really paid off...BIGTIME!  I'm not on the first page of the SERPS for Nova Scotia Virtual Tours!!!

But what I haven’t had time for (unfortunately) were the webinars and keeping abreast of what RTV continually has to offer in technology and marketing presentations through Inner Circle Marketing.(highly recommended)

I’ve been plugging away, but yesterday was the first “real” day I had dedicated solely to “catching up”. I downloaded the last two episodes of The Formula and The Image, got my notebook ready and prepared to become informed. And WOW was I impressed with what RTV has been up to!

Not sure if you've bought it yet or not but the new Standalone HD Slideshow rocks my world! Lead generation, social media sharing, hit stats report, full screen, HD, MLS stats, full contact Realtor info, restricted links...the works! VERY NICE! And the icing on the cake is how EASY it is to prepare.  Gotta love RTV for making ME look good! My customers were so impressed with the slideshow they purchased another tour, blogged about their slideshow and were proud to present it to their home owner. Check it out: http://rtvpix.com/slideshow/1920

I started out flat on my back, laptop on my chest, bowl of popcorn and a glass of wine for a leisurely afternoon of webinar watching. Half way through the first webinar I was sitting straight up and at my desk. I forgot what it felt like to have the blood burst through my veins with fire for RTV. Renovating is fun, but RTV marketing is where it’s at for me.

I stayed up late, tailored a press release, updated my website http://www.supernovastudios.ca and designed a flyer. Today I uploaded the flyer to Scribd (http://www.scribd.com/doc/36807634/Supernova-Studios-Slideshow) sent out an email campaign, ordered 100 glossy flyers from Vistaprint and am blogging it up now!

That’s one webinar down. Three more to go. I can’t wait! Gonna be another late night and I’m ready!  Much love RTV, and thanks for keeping it goin’ (with a vengeance) for me while life got in the way of what I do best. You’ve got my back!

I LOVE the HD Slideshow & The IMAGE Training

This is with flash and 12” reflective disc.

This is with flash and no disc.
Challenging Designs Inc. is proud to participate in Real Tour Visions HD Virtual Slideshows, offering low-cost self-service virtual tours for the smaller homes.  This is a definite hit with my customers in this economy.  I was afraid we would lose some virtual tours to the HD Virtual Slideshow, but when I ask if they want the panorama offered only with the virtual tours, or the HD Virtual Slideshow without any panoramas.  My customers appreciate the option.

For the “View” or “Luxury” homes, there is no choice, it has to have panoramas.  But for the middle to lower end customer who may only sign a 3 or 6 month contract, they love being able to offer the HD Virtual Slideshow without having to put out “the big bucks”, as one customer told me.  To show how versatile this product is, I created a “demo” HD Virtual Slideshow for the city, which I allow any realtor or business to link to, www.TourHotSpringsVillage.com .  This has been a wonderful advertising tool for everyone to use  and I highly recommend it!

I am also very proud of the training Jason and RTV offer its dealers by way of the monthly talk shows and webinars..  As a professional photographer I am used to having lots of gear with me.  It is great when Ben mentions alternatives, for those who don’t have the equipment, in passing.  It sticks in my head, but of course, I use my tried and true setup.  I have a Nikon D90 with Nikon S600 flash, 2 additional slave flashes, a 2nd tripod and a monopod.  Well thanks to Ben, my bacon was saved on my last photo shoot.  Believe it or not, all my batteries were dead, the 8 back-up as well as the 8 in my 2 slave flashes.  The house had a wall of windows with a great golf view in a huge room, but the flash with diffuser gave a pink tinge to the walls, and the windows either flashed out or the window treatment and room were too dark.  I was right in the middle of the shoot and it had to be done that day (it rained for the next 3 days).

Although I am also a graphic designer so I knew I could color correct it on the computer (I use CS5 Photoshop), the noise can ruin the shot.  Then I remembered Ben telling us last year, about a “reflective disc”.  I purchased it last year but never thought I would use the mini disc.  It is only a 12” disc so I didn’t think it would make much difference, but Ben said to use it behind and below the flash to direct the light to the shadow/darker spaces.  I needed flash for color correction more than shadow, but without any batteries, I figured it was worth a try.  I used the silver side when I need to add light and the white side when I needed to balance the flash.  It was awesome.  Worked like a charm!  Thank you so much RTV for all you do for us.  Attached are photos, before and after, to show you what a difference it made.

This is with flash (diffuser) but with manual settings.
This is with flash (diffuser)

I had just used the big reflectors for studio shots before.  But this portable one is fantastic!  Thanks again Ben for The IMAGE!

Is Social Media Kicking Your Butt?

Nova Scotia virtual tours provider, Nancy Bain and Supernova Studios shares  thoughts on how to build your social media brand – right. The FIRST time:

It’s no secret that social media is a hot topic. Every marketer wants to jump into what is — and has been for more than a year — the most dynamic and exciting two-way communications platform since email.

The question used to be “Should my company participate in social media?” About halfway through 2009, that question became “How fast can we dive in?” — quickly followed (after a few high-profile failures) by “How do we do it right?”

Consider this: recommendations or content from “people like me” are trusted almost three times more than marketing materials. (Source: Edelman Trust Barometer, April 2010.) Many experts now agree that over the next year or two, companies that refuse to embrace social media will likely suffer market losses to more savvy competitors who’ve enthusiastically jumped in.

Established companies understandably have a harder time getting their heads around social media. For one, you have to move fast in the conversational world. You also have to be forthright, honest, agile, generous and receptive. Really, these are the qualities of success for almost any company. Social media merely amplifies the need to embrace them as the core of your consumer-facing communications.

ROI can be a sticking point. Social media (SM) is so new, we’re still figuring out the metrics. But one thing is for certain: we have more data, not less. We can now see deeper into consumer behavior, before and after the actual transaction. We have data on pre-transactions such as sentiment analysis and assessing brand conversations, and post-transactions such as word of mouth, good or bad. While measuring transactions (revenue) is still somewhat elusive for social media, we will get there, quickly.

What companies have learned over the past year — often by trial and error — needs to be taken to heart. Why? Your bottom line depends on it.

Consider these statistics (Source: Consultancy’s Social Media Statistics, January 2010):
Facebook claims that 50% of active users log on to the site each day. This would mean at least 175 million users every 24 hours.
There are more than 3.5 billion pieces of content (web links, news stories, blog posts, etc.) shared each week on Facebook.
Purpose-built Facebook pages have attracted more than 5.3 billion fans.
70% of bloggers are organically talking about brands on their blog.
38% of bloggers post brand or product reviews.
Twitter now has 75 million user accounts (15m regular users — up from 6-10m just a few months ago).
LinkedIn has over 50 million members worldwide — an increase of around 1 million members month-on-month since July/August 2009.
According to Lee Odden, CEO of TopRank — an online marketing agency that services Fortune 1000 companies — social-media marketing is more like public relations than direct marketing. Odden’s posts on SM topics (http://www.toprankblog.com/) have concisely captured the best practices and watch outs that continue to define corporate success in the SM sphere.

Experts used to say that failure was a rite of passage in social media. Not anymore. With the proper planning, any company can come out swinging with a solid SM strategy. These tips, which draw on Odden’s sage advice, can get you started right.

Planning, planning, planning Too many marketers jump right in and start Tweeting or using Facebook without spending some serious time building their roadmap. How will SM complement your overall marketing strategy? Who is your audience? What are your objectives? What SM tactics (conversational, promotional, trial, feedback, etc.) will get you there? Which SM tools and technologies make sense? And finally, how will you collect and analyze your results?

Ask and ye shall receive This may very well be the golden rule of SM. Marketers must be prepared to “give” with no expectation of anything in return. Think of SM as more of a PR play than a sales strategy. If you “give” value — in terms of content, advice, insight and service — you develop relationships and trust that will very likely lead to sales and/or advocacy down the road.

These things take time And resources. Even if you decide to dabble in SM at the beginning to feel out what engagement tactics work well and make sense for your brand, you need to plan with absolute success in mind. This means considering who’s going to write and manage your SM accounts, how often they will monitor and/or participate in conversations and how much process will be required, etc. You may be able to handle the load with an existing team — for now. But this shouldn’t be your long-term plan. If you want success, you need to commit the bodies and bandwidth.

Honest as the day is long Subterfuge online always backfires. Some of the early failures of big-brand SM marketing involved companies trying to pass off agency-created content as community-generated. Big mistake! Online communities appreciate and respond to honesty, which means that even overt sales messages can be OK if you’ve been perfectly clear that this is the purpose for your SM initiative. That said, you’ll get better results if you invite feedback, including critical opinions from users. If they see you walk the walk, they’ll trust your talk.

Embrace your public Social media is not the place to police your brand image, language, trademarks, etc. Let it go and you will see this generosity paid back in tributes or satirical treatments that — no matter how off-brand they are — nevertheless perform a valuable advocacy role. Simply put: in the SM arena, you need to relinquish control of your message. This can be the hardest “rule” to follow for some brands (especially the bigger, traditional ones), but it’s also the most important one. If this makes you uncomfortable, perhaps SM is not for you.

Keep it real Speak clearly and concisely. Avoid all “sales speak” and overblown and empty claims such as “cutting edge”, “industry leading” and “world class.” David Meerman Scott, author of The New Rules of Marketing & PR, has made it a personal mission to battle against such “gobbledygook” words. If Twitter and Facebook have taught us anything, he says, it’s that brevity and personality make a message stand out more than hyperbole and exaggeration. Talk like your customers talk — and they will talk back.

Make friends with your friends Reach out to your customers who are already brand advocates. This applies to private individuals as well as bloggers. Invite them to participate, send them information and links to “inside” information, ask them for feedback. Empower them, and they’ll empower your brand.

Interpret your results Measuring ROI means determining exactly what results you expect. Many SM successes lead to results gradually, rather than providing an immediate boost. As Odden points out, “It’s more like providing resource A [that] results in action B that influences outcome C.” So break it down to performance indicators like number of friends or fans, comments, links, blog posts, mentions, etc., and you’ll know when you’re on the right track.

If you find these recommendations easy to implement, then you’re well on your way to success in social media marketing. Think of social media as another tool in your marketing mix — and not some kind of magic pill that will deliver results overnight — and you will naturally discover ways in which social media can complement and enhance everything from customer relationship building to product promotion.

The FORMULA 35 | Effective Product Launching

Are you getting bogged down trying to keep your virtual tour company and customer base updated as technology changes and new technology becomes available? Launching new products and services can be a very challenging thing to coordinate especially if most of your day is eaten up by taking care of operations.

Websites need continual updating. Customers need to be informed. Marketing materials require updating and of course your press releases and blogs are commonplace when making announcements about your company. All this can become quite an overload especially when RTV is continually advancing the virtual tour software and making new strategic relationships with other companies.

Please join us on September 21st at 7:00 Eastern for a round table discussion on how to effectively launch new products and services for your property marketing company.

During the show we will be covering how to stay organized, write your press release, edit your website, blog
about your products, update your marketing materials, and notify your customer base.

The 'Straight' Talk

I have been a photographer for a long time and most of my photography experience has been with a wide range of film cameras.  It was only 4 years ago when I picked up my first digital Nikon D200 camera. Wanting to return to the profession, I joined the RTV virtual tour network a year ago as a dealer of virtual tours here in Northern Nevada.  In my time with RTV I have attended as many webinars as possible to learn techniques from successful dealers.   The Great Exposures 2 webinar has been one of the most helpful to date.

I just purchased Lightroom 3 and during the webinar they talked about editing photos in this software.  The information was very timely.  Some of the adjustments they covered in the IMAGE webinar for lightroom 3 enhances the lighting and color of the pictures.  I also learned about straightening the vertical and horizontal lines of buildings in the pictures to give them a more professional look.  Above and below are the before and after photos based on what I've learned in this webinar.  I was aware of the functionality that was available but hadn't seen it in action until the webinar.  I have a great appreciation for the help and instruction I get from attending every webinar even though I have a background in photography.

Being open to learning new techniques and reminders of what I've learned continues to help my business succeed. Thanks RTV!

Community Virtual Tours

Lately I've been getting a lot of phone calls from RTV Virtual Tour Providers asking me how they can get things started and even more phone calls from RTV Providers asking me how they should go about getting better sample virtual tours onto their website. The answer is to do BOTH at the same time!! Check out the video and see how easy it is to get people talking about your company quickly in your community. Good luck out there!

HD Slideshow Technology Tip

This month's tech tip breaks down a few of the most common questions regarding HD virtual tours and HD slideshows.

If you would like step by step directions to create a Standalone Slideshow please CLICK HERE.

See below for the common Q & A

Q: How do I get HD still images? There is not an export to high res button in Tour Builder when I add the stills.

A: When you are stitching and adding pans the Export to High Res button allows you to save the pan the same size as it comes out of the photo stitching software. The button does not actually change the pan in any way. You do not need a similar button for still images because the when the image is fresh from your camera it is already high resolution. In fact, it may be too large for the HD interface to accept. Make sure you check the file size before uploading. If it is over 800 kb then resize it to 700-800 pixels high and then compress it if it still over 800 kb.

Q: Why do my slideshow pictures look grainy?

A: It sounds like you are using scenes from the tour in your slideshow. If you add scenes to the slideshow from the tour and you do not have HD images available OR you create the slideshow BEFORE uploading the HD, then the slideshow is using the 300 pixel high images that you compressed in Tour Builder.

Q: I uploaded HD images but my HD tour is pixelated and looks awful. Why?

A: Locate your tour on TMS and click the HD button. Each scene should have a magnifying glass to the far right of the scene name. If there is no magnifying glass then the scene did not upload. Check the file size. If the image is over 800 kb it will fail upload but it will not alert you. If you upload all of your HD images at once and even one is over sized the whole upload will fail. If you can see a magnifying glass then an image has been uploaded. Check your source image on the computer and make sure that you have resized it properly. ore than one person has uploaded images that were 300 pixels high, or the photos were resized to 300 pixels wide, instead of high, or another combination of weirdness that caused an undesirable result.

Q: I made some changes and reuploaded my tour but the new scenes are not showing up. What happened?

A: If you make changes in Tour Builder like adding new scenes or changing scenes it only changes the low res version of the images. Those images are used in the Java tour and the 2D Flash tour. The 3D Flash tour uses the HD images if they are available. If you change images in the Tour Builder then you have to upload changed images through HD as well, if you don't the 3D Flash tour will show the original images.

Q: My virtual tour needs to go on the MLS. Is there an unbranded version of the slideshow available?

A: By default the MLS version of the tour has nothing added on it. If go into Buttons and turn the slideshow button on in the restricted column, the version of the slideshow on the MLS tour will be unbranded. Also, if you do a standalone slideshow an unbranded link is available for use.

Our HD tours and V-Slides are well worth the few minutes it will take for you to learn to smoothly create them.  Remember, we are here to help.  Yeah for new technology!

RTV's Monthly Talk Shows Provide Continual Education

Albuquerque, NM Virtual Tours

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of being part of a panel of three on the “Rock the Shoot” round table hosted by RTV’s one and only Jacque Burke.

While I was on the panel with Michael Metzig of O C Real Tours & Brett  Weaver of SpotLight Virtual Tours to share our techniques for shooting Choice Hotels I too learned something that evening.

When Michael mentioned that his Photographer, Ben didn’t use flash but instead bracketed exposures and used the Exposure Fusion feature in the Photomatix Pro software, I was a little more then intrigued.

The thought of being able to shoot interiors without flash was very appealing considering I was looking at replacing a very expensive flash unit that had just exploded on me the week before.

Immediately after the Round Table I Googled Photomatix and downloaded the free trial version and began shooting some test images. Now I had come across this software before for HDR processing after an HDR Webinar in 2009 and never tried it because I just wasn’t impressed with most HDR images I viewed. They all seemed over-processed and unrealistic. However, I was not aware of the Exposure Fusion option!

Well to say I was very impressed is a major understatement. The speed and ease of the software as well as the resulting fused image is nothing less then amazing. Well worth the price if admission especially with the 15% discount when using the Promo Code “beforethecoffee”. While I haven’t completely switched to Flash free images I will more then likely in the very near future after a little more experimenting.

Now this evening I only caught the tail end of tonight’s Webinar and was pleasantly surprised to find Brett Weaver on the panel once again. After the jealously wore off...LOL, I found myself again very impressed at what Brett was showing us with the Adobe PhotoShop Lightroom . Yet again, the seemingly easy corrections this software performs appears to be a major time saver. A bit more pricier then Photomatix, this will have to wait a little before it becomes part of my Virtual Tour processing arsenal.

Never the less, the superb monthly RTV Virtual Tour Webinars continually hosted by RTV persistently proves to be a wealth of information not to missed. If you can’t make it, be sure to download from the RTV RPM site when posted a few days later.  You too may be surprised at what you learn.

RTV Launches Real Estate Websites for Agents & Brokers

By now we hope you've had a chance to review the brand new Agent WebSite Program that was launched on June 14th. Here's the same announcement (revised with some newer updates) in case you missed June's Tour Talk newsletter article about it:

The real estate market is finally starting to show signs of life again, and here's your chance to jump in just at the right moment! You already sell your HD Virtual Tours to realtors, developers, businesses, etc., and you tell them about how those virtual tours will be displayed on your website. With the launch of the new Agent Site Program, your clients can now have their own totally manageable website that automatically populates the tours that you shoot for them right into their website.

You've been asking to see what it will look like and we can now say, "Okay, here it is." This is a demo site that we have set up and filled in based on information graciously provided by a Realtor in our own local area.
http://demoagent2.bytepages.com

As the owner of this site, you could log into a management section and change any of your colors, swap your template for another, change any text or pictures, add or delete various types of pages, manually add listings other than the ones already being automatically populated, add Google Analytics, and more.  Keep in mind that as you create virtual tours for your customers, your virtual tours will automatically be added to this site via an auto feed that we have in place with the RTV virtual tour servers.

So about now, you may be saying, "Hey, if I'm going to be out selling these websites to my customers then what's in it for me?" That's okay, it's a natural response. How about clients who love what you've done for their business, more business for you, loyal client relationships, extra exposure for your tours, and $50 for the completed sale, plus $5 residual pay per month while their site is live. Now that's incentive!

So how do you sell these sites? We have created a sales site for you for that purpose. Give this link to your clients and they will get an extremely reasonably priced website, all ready for their own personalized content, in a matter of three days max. By the time you shoot the tour for them, their site will be live. Here's the link to give to them. http://agentsites.bytepages.com/

Does your agent already have a website?  No problem!  These websites are so inexpensive, they make a perfect secondary website for agents and brokers who are sitting on unused or forwarded domain names.  Many agents now days have two or more domain names which makes our new virtual tour fed sites an easy snag and a must have for any proactive agent.

Good luck out there!

RTV Launches New Mobile Agent Websites

Try it now!  Send the code BlueLaVa6 to 43766 (number) on your Smart Phone!

Are you currently using the RTV TxT Connect System? Have you been thinking about offering a mobile marketing system for your property marketing company? John and Brian just rolled out their new mobile Realtor websites to the RTV dealer network.

In addition to the lead generation service for agents they're expanding the product offering to also cover mobile agent websites. These mobile sites will be made available for resale to all RTV Dealers participating in the program.

This is a great opportunity for RTV dealers using the program and looking for an exciting feature to talk about.  For those who have not yet signed up for the RTV TXT Connect system, this is an excellent way for you to keep a leg up on the competition and expand your product line.  All participating RTV dealers will be able to offer their customers something that agents are already starting to express an interest in...A Mobile Website.  The best part about this product is that these mobile websites also generate leads for the agents and brokerage.

These new mobile agent sites are easier than a TxT Connect Listing to setup, display an agents ENTIRE listing inventory and, unlike before, these mobile websites run off of ONE SIMPLE CODE!  Try it now!  Send the code BlueLaVa6 to 43766 (number) on your smart phone. Pretty slick!

We all know that sooner or later, every listing agent out there who has a web site will also need a mobile site (a mobile site is formatted to display and function properly on any smart phone) so take advantage of this opportunity to be the first in your town to offer this amazing new product.

A mobile site means giving potential buyers direct access to ALL of your listings and having them displayed perfectly on their mobile phone. More users are discovering the power and convenience of using their mobile phones to surf the web and do everything they normally would do using a PC or laptop.
According to a recent study of potential home sellers conducted by Philadelphia based research firm Devine and Powers, 49% of respondents said they would be more likely to use an agent who offered a mobile solution as part of their marketing plan, while 67% said it would be a major deciding factor in choosing a Realtor.

With our new Mobile Websites, agents can raise their profile, promote their brand and appeal to more buyers, by making all of their listings conveniently and instantly available to any buyer out driving around looking at properties. Agents can display contact information including, phone number, website and email addresses. Additionally, all active listings, including photos, listing details, YouTube Videos, and even maps to all existing listings are instantly available.

Sign up to offer these mobile agent websites here and receive 30% sales commissions.

RTV Launches Standalone Slideshow Module

We are very excited to have released our standalone version of our HD slideshow in August. That's right; you can now purchase our Standalone Slideshow Module and create UNLIMITED HD V-Slides for your customers.

Visit http://slides.realtourvision.com today for ordering information.

We are thrilled with this technology and our dealers love it as well.

Click the link below and see what other RTV dealers are saying about standalone HD V-Slides:

http://www.virtualtourprovider.com/search?q=slideshow

Please note that were working very hard each day to wrap up our list of enhancements to the slideshow so we can finalize Tour Builder 4.0 Online. We are currently working on finishing up the Picture Path gateway so you can send your HD V-Slides to Realtor.com, finalizing our hit reporting system on the slides and making just a few other minor changes to the overall look and feel of the product.

So how does the standalone slideshow differ from the slideshow?  Well first off, every time you create an interactive Virtual Tour, you can also create an HD Slideshow for that same property / address.  Feel free to use the same images as your HD virtual tour or select up to 30 additional HD images not already in your virtual tour. Using our built in smart uploader you can literally point to any image or set of images on your computer and batch upload, resize, and compress for fast creation and delivery time.  If you are not already adding the new HD slideshow to your previous and new virtual tour orders then it is time to start!

With our Standalone HD Slideshow Module you can create UNLIMITED slideshows.  Soon enough these slideshows will go to Realtor.com and get a weekly hit report JUST LIKE YOUR TOURS! The fee for this add on is $249 / year. This allow a single user / builder to create unlimited standalone slideshows for an entire year!

Enjoy the new technology and please feel free to contact us with any question that you have.

Anyone with an existing RTV dealer account may sign up here for unlimited standalone HD slideshows today: http://slides.realtourvision.com

Keep an eye out for our new Tour Builder 4.0 Online coming this fall!
